Rules and Policies
Please read below...it's kind of like the fine print :(
Rules
- Please keep in mind that the artists may be busy so we ask for patience in dealing with them. If there might be an issue please email us.
- Fading of airbrushed clothing is always a possibility. Please be mindful of the care instructions that you will receive with them.
- Do not spam us with calls or emails. We will get back to you ASAP.
- We ask to maintain credit for the artwork done. Please don't let us see the work online or elsewhere being passed on as an "I did this" style basis.
Policies
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Just to so you know.
- There are no free re-do on any item. Have to charge for at least supplies even if it's discounted.
- If the item is shipped, the shipping and handling plus taxes will be in the final price.
- If the item is delivered in person, just pay the subtotal and taxes.
- Bulk items take time as ALL merchandise is hand created. Just like in the rules, please be patient. Rushing the artist will decrease it's artistic value but you will still be charged full price.
- The staff of One Werkz will be in contact with you, the enthusiast, through the whole process. If the enthusiast does not respond to at least 3 attempts in a timely fashion, the project will be scrapped and you will be charged for the cost of supplies.
- You will receive an invoice via email when the project is completed.
- You will also receive a receipt via email. IF YOU DO NOT GET ONE LET US KNOW ASAP VIA ONEWERKZ@YAHOO.COM.
- Payment options are available if the range of the price is too steep. One of the One Werkz staff will be in contact to make the arrangements.
- ALL projects must be paid for in full before delivery. If you need to make arrangements, we must be notified in advance.
- We cannot give exact "project completed on" dates while it's in production. But again, do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions.
- Some projects may REQUIRE a down payment.
